CMS recently published a fact sheet outlining an update coming from all seven Medicare administrative contractors to the local coverage determinations for skin substitute grafts/cellular and tissue-based products for the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers and venous leg ulcers, which will be effective January 1, 2026.
