Arthrotomy with biopsy carpometacarpal joint diagram
Use this diagram to visualize an arthrotomy with biopsy carpometacarpal joint. In this procedure, a tissue sample is taken from the joint for examination and diagnosis. Report CPT code 26105 if the procedure is performed on the joint between the first bone of the finger under the palm and the second bone of the finger. Report 26110 if the procedure is performed on one of the two joints on the last three bones of the finger.
