Sequential Organ Failure Assessment (SOFA)-2 Score
This Sequential Organ Failure Assessment (SOFA)-2 Score chart is a newly derived tool to quantify the level of organ dysfunction in critically ill patients and estimate mortality risk. It requires additional external validation, as it has not yet been incorporated into major critical care guidelines and should not replace established tools, such as the original SOFA.
